In U.S., there are three major unions such as "The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organization (AFL-CIO)", "National Credit Union Administration (NCUA)" and "Transportation Communication Union (TCU)".

The American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organization (AFL-CIO) is the largest national trade union center in US. It is a combination of 55 national and international labor unions (AFL-CIO, 2011). NCUA is a union federal organization that manages and secures to the credit unions. It secures the fund of 90 million people that have account in all federal credit union (NCUA). TCU is an organization that stands for railroad employees. It represents 46 thousand members of US (TCU, 2010). Although these union organizations have different purposes and objectives but at the same time, there are some similarities among these unions.
