They are equipped with knowledge on how to design effective HR policies that aligns the organization's human capital management plan with strategic and change management initiatives (HR Institute, 2010). Furthermore, the certified HR professionals are deemed to possess knowledge about legislative and regulatory processes that impact organizations. They are also equipped with skills that foster creativity and innovation. An organization involved in a merger and acquisition will be better served if they have a certified SPHR HR manager or director.
