Team paradox simply means there are items that will appear to be total opposite, however these things can work for the positive of the team as well. For example, team members may portray some sort of selfless paradox which refers to how the member fights to be recognized individually while simultaneously trying to accomplish the goals of the team. There may be a display or a complex of superiority on the part of some team members that try to overly express their individuality.
