The most influential factor in training is the participants' motivation to get trained. This factor affects the results of training. If participants are strongly motivated they learn well and use the training in their work on the other hand if the employees are not motivated they do not learn or understand the content of the training program. if tests or quizzes are held they perform poorly. Most importantly, the participants of the training program do not use the skill learned during training. As a trainer, I will show the participants how the training will help them do their job better, and help them progress in their careers. Further, I will keep rewards for good learners.
