The training is more of reinforcement of every board member in learning or relearning expected knowledge in daily business activities as well as the assigned responsibilities. Try and think of examples in relations toward the business activities conducted representing hearings, stock deviation, business expansions or senior leadership oversight to assure ethical conduct.
