    Employee issues comprise a large number of sub-issues. This includes the right to work, meaning which employees employers will hire. While some employers will hire employees for cash only, this is not legal and therefore, this is a gray area. While these employees cannot be identified as they are not legal in the United States, the employer does not end up paying payroll tax for these employees and the employees do not end up paying taxes on their income. This is the downside, however, if these people would not be hired, they would fall into poverty and some businesses may falter as well as many times, employers are able to subsist because they can pay less and due to no taxes coming out, it ...
