California County Criminal Court Index- This index will help save you money by providing a "screen" that can determine if a more complete county search is warranted with 15 of California's most populous counties. You can then invest in a county level search if we provide a "hit" or you have another indication that such a search is required.
Credit Report Strongly recommended for applicants handling cash, inventory, valuables or requiring financial discretion.à¡ All derogatory information is verified and updated so you receive reports that are accurate and current.à¡à¡ Also includes financial summary and public records information (i.e. liens, judgments, bankruptcies, etc.).à¡ Provided in an easy to read and understand format. Recommended on all applicants. We can provide a 5-, 7-, or 10-year search of criminal records by going directly to the source county and state courthouse, and Federal District Court records.
Social Security Trace
Recommended on all applicants, this trace acts as an identifier. It reveals names associated with a Social Security number, past and present addresses (essential elements in researching criminal history).
Motor Vehicle Records Examination
This is highly recommended for anyone applying for a job driving a truck, company car or operating machinery. In addition, employers with company-owned roadways may wish to limit access to employees with unsafe driving records. In some states, convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not on the criminal court record and can only be revealed through a DMV check. Our report will reveal motor vehicle violations, suspensions and revocations, and it will indicate the type of license granted and restrictions on use.
