    I have gone through the SWOT and tried to come up with some applicable trends and forces. The second part of the assignment is difficult, but I have formulated some beginnings for that as well.     globalization: business decisions in Omaha affect workers in the Congo and Phillipines, capital movement changes the taxing abilities and infrastructure capabilities in Portland, Maine and Sao Paulo, Brazil. With each shift in financial and economic needs, comes the need for businesses to be more aware and more flexible in accessing funds and better pricing for resources. China and other areas where resources are less expensive become major players and government rules that might have previously prevented companies from entering the markets there (intellectual property rights are one big issue), have decided to make allowances for these issues.
