Conduct an internal and external environmental analysis for 'The Creed Learning Centre'. (Made up company - The learning centre will illumine the hope of individuals to reduce the inadequacies in their abilities to read, write, and solve mathematics problems in order to develop and eventually cope and even excel in their respective endeavours. The centre intends to boost the esteem and confidence, especially of people in their young age, by providing concrete means to manage and allow them to cope with their inadequacies. )

- Identify issues and/or opportunities:

- Identify the major issues and/or opportunities that the company faces based on your analysis above.
