In organizations, lack of education/knowledge among the employees is the most common source of resistance to change. It is primarily due to lack of knowledge and previous education that other sources of resistance, such as fear of performing well, fear of understanding the new concepts, apprehensions about the new processes, etc. arise among the employees.
