Your director is thinking about proposing a new process for sales that represents a fairly large shift in the way things are currently done. The director would like to meet with you to discuss any possible resistance to the change that may originate from your organization's culture and structure.     Resistance to change

    Change is a valuable and crucial component, which is an essential aspect in everyone's life. In any organization, change is stated as the modification of work environment or adoption of new technological changes in order to set balance between the versatile internal and external factors, so that it will be easy to accomplish the company's target without any hindrance. The word 'change' plays a vital role in the organization because it helps the organization to develop effectively in the dynamic environment. Basically, it is a kind of counterbalance between different vital elements of the organization i.e. technology, job design, structure, culture, employees, etc. Thus, every one in the organization has to consider the benefits of the change and try to adopt these changes (McKenna, 2000).
