Through the use of public relations tool such as media utilization, community involvement, technology integration, customer and employee surveys and standard public awareness efforts, KFF plans to position itself as a leader in embracing diversity in the workplace.
Public Relations Issues
Many issues arise when organizational diversity is the focus of any new public relations initiative. The public (internal and external) perception of the company's motive is paramount since diversity in the workplace is a very important issue on the business horizon. For this reason KFF leadership must determine the true reason for undertaking such an endeavor.
