Second, should implement an open-door policy whereby an employee would feel comfortable entering. According to Hawkins (2009), "The door may be physically open, but the attitude may seal that door shut. If your employer keeps his/her door open and you feel comfortable entering it, you have a good employer." Third, an employer should recognize organizational problems and quickly try to solve them.
