Moral and ethical issues face managers almost on a daily basis. They have to deal with their personal morals when it comes to hiring and firing and whether or not said hiring and firing is ethical. One such time when managers face these moral and ethical issues when hiring is to ensure that they are/are not hiring someone because of their race, color, or creed. They must ensure that they are hiring the right individual for the job, setting aside any bias that they might have. Outside of the hiring and firing process, a manager must face moral and ethical issues such as bias after employees are hired, how does the manager treat one employee versus another. A manager needs to make sure they treat each employee the right way. They face issues concerning hours that employees work, the actual work environment that the employees are in. A manger needs to ensure that they are ethically meeting all the needs of his/her employees.
