Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is an organization of the U. S Department of Labor. It was established by Congress of the U. S beneath the Occupational Safety and Health Act in 1970. Mission of this healthcare organization is to put off occupational illnesses, injuries and job-related fatal accidents. The organization creates and enforces some regulations that are called standards for safety related to workplace and wellbeing of people in terms of their health (Occupational Safety and Health Administration, 2009). It is headed by a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor. The organization was earlier criticized due to its burdensome rules, but after some time, it has changed its rules. The organization has eliminated some of the inconsistent rules as a part of its scrutinizing process and changed its regulations that fit according to the department of labor of U.S.
