The barriers to change for organization start with the lack of organizational strategies to address the change effectively.
Communication issues can block organizational changes or at least make them easier. When companies do not communicate the changes and who and how they will affect the workers and other stakeholders, they create fear. Fear of the unknown leads to lack of productivity, rumors, inability to decipher information.
