You have just been appointed as the Chairperson of the President's Council on Training and Development for Corporations in the United States. Essentially, the President's Council on Training and Development for Corporations believes that the US will move to leadership position in every field of business through training.
When employees are trained in the US Corporations they get knowledge, skills and attitudes that they will apply to job situations. There will be new confidence in the employees.
