Task identity is the most important factor. This means enabling a person or a team to perform a job from start to finish. This is the most important factor because when the task is completed, the person/team that has done the job feels proud about it. Also, there is no doubt about who has done the job. The employees feel motivated because they feel that they will be fairly rewarded for the job.
