The changes in the key functions of managing pilots are discussed below for operational success:
Job requirements: The key strategy of improving job requirement function is to conduct an effective job analysis for designing a well-informed job. It helps to develop a clear job description and specification for pilots that may create sense of task identity and significant through the greater autonomy and regular feedbacks. This is likely to motivate pilots to perform well, which may increase job satisfaction and performance.
