Time value: Company can simply appoint that internal candidates for the vacant position instead of wasting time in hiring process from outside due to better understanding about the existing employees (Jackson, et al 2011).
Morale: The internal recruitment is effective in improving the staff morale. It is because employees believe that the company rewards hard work by giving a chance to take new responsibilities. This ensures career growth of employees and consequently improves their morale.
