A. The area I would like to contribute to is in the mortgage lending. The product already exist in the organization but not all employees know how it works etc.. Please give me so ideas so I may research and if possible 2 or 3 references in apa format. thanks.

1) Needs assessment: What are the training needs?

The training needs for loan professionals handling mortgage lending are varied. First of all, they need to posses indepth knowledge about the mortgage industry and the lending process, such as basics about mortgage lending, types of loans, loan appraisal and verification process, tools and technologies used in the process, etc.

Secondly, they need to know about the industry trends, industry rules and regulations as well as compliance related areas, competitive scenario, etc. Further, the mortgage lending professionals need to be aware of the risk management process. There are numerous risks associated with mortgage lending processes, which must be known to the employees. The employees also need to be trained about the sales process to make effective sales to target customers.
