Behavioral Interview
As part of the management and program analysis team, I work with specialists in the area to optimize organizational operations by studying work processes to increase productivity, maximize profits and efficiency (jobhero 2022). While I take on management process analysis, my specialization is in finance, specifically organizational budget. The task concurrent is to seek a new team member to work alongside the team in the same specialization area as myself because of increased workload and responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the new colleague is to analyze company budgets to see if they are being used appropriately. In this manner, the effectiveness or failure of personnel and operations can be determined and where needed, remedied or improved. This behavioral interview plan and scorecard is meant to screen and determine candidate fit for this purpose. Behavioral interview questions get candidates to discuss their past behaviors, choices and actions. The answers will give the interviewer insight into how the interviewee might react and behave in similar settings and situations if they will come to work for the company.
