The rights are:
1. To safety
All products offered should be safe to have and use. Any information about hazards or dangers have to be identified for the consumer. The consumer is also protected from faulty products and services and remedial actions are set within the performance standards set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Unlike the BBB, this authority is a federal agency and has the full weight of the government behind its rules and regulations, including recalls.
