Please assist me in completing the following (This project is connected to the Annotated Outline - Director in the behavioral management field of work):

Select a field of professional endeavor in the social sciences with which you are familiar. You may select a field-for example, marketing, finance, operations, information systems, or human resources-in which you work, have worked, or plan to work. You may draw examples of professional practice in the field from the private or public sector.
Write a 2,100- to 2,450-word paper that evaluates the current state of knowledge in the field you selected. Your paper must
? Describe the field you selected and the scope and basis of your familiarity with it.
? Identify the different kinds of knowledge practitioners and researchers in the field to draw on to inform business or leadership decisions.
? Identify the philosophical assumptions underlying research and practice in the field, including operative paradigms, normal scientific and management practice, and other characteristics that seem relevant and telling in terms of their effects on the profession.
? Evaluate whether such assumptions are justified, desirable, and consciously held by practitioners and researchers in the field. Your evaluation must consider your view of the profession and how at least one approach-positivist, conventionalist, poststructuralist, postmodernist, hermeneutic, critical, or critical realists-might challenge or augment those assumptions and their practical consequences.

Hi,
I hope this solution gets to you in time. What you are being asked to do is quite complex which means that you need to harness a lot of data as well as show your own specialized knowledge of the field. I am not sure if you have already gained experience in this particular field but it would help when you put together your paper. As you will see below, the technique is to divide your paper into manageable sections discussing key ideas. Also, if you feel the need to cite, go on ahead and cite materials that can enhance your paper. If you have any questions juts let me know good luck.

Sincerely,

Human Resources: Behavioral Management

A human resource manager or director is one who carefully applies fundamental scientific and critical principles in managing the human component of an organization. This position is one of the most pivotal in the organization as performance of individuals in human services can make or break the human conditional elements necessary to maximise talent and skills of the human component. As a generalized view, individuals who are directing this position are responsible for the following components:

? Workforce safety;
? Workforce training and development;
? Development of HR as a whole in alignment with the growth, challenges and goals of the organization;
? Creation of high performance teams and individuals;
? Complimentary elements of individual development for upward mobility via acquired experience and skills.

This is not easily achievable without a good grasp of human behavior. As such Human resource managers and directors are also referred to as behavior manager although some organizations and companies have specialized positions that directly use psychological principles (organizational psychology) to draft measures to manage human resources according to the varied and complex nature of human behavior. Without human behavior and human resource management, small conflicts can lead to bigger issues that can effectively derail a promising organization. How then is Behavior managed? This particular field is called organizational behavior management and those who specialise in it are called OBM specialists. Using the science of behavior analysis, OBM specialists can focus on individual and group performance issues and the organization as a whole, be it a business, a non-profit or a government agency. Using principles of psychology, philosophy, standardization of practices, rationalism and scientific management, OBM allows the establishment of broad-scale technologies to keep employees proactive and happy which is essential for any organization to achieve their goals. Principles of corporate and organizational identity as well as best practices also influence this heavily as it is important for all shareholders to craft and maintain a sense of belonging to the organization, a kind of essential identification to its goals where achieving them becomes paramount as well to the individual members. The scope and limitation of this narrative is that it will mainly discuss the philosophy of management and the main paradigms that are used by experts in this particular field. It is not overly extensive but provides a general overview. Each philosophical assumption pointed out will also be evaluated for their applicability and importance.
