However, the world is changing in the manner in which work is executed: text and email are becoming more common, even in business communication. The ability to express your intentions clearly in writing is an important skill. It enables you to promote and support ideas, as well as clarify your intentions. Supervisors to convey instructions also use writing skills. In this manner, one must be able to write in a concise, non-emotional manner so that employees can be productive and not waste time asking for further explanation.
