A friend of the owner of 1995 Auto Sales the CEO of Alpha Aeronautics (AA) has called you in to ask for your help in improving organizational communications. Alpha considers itself to be an open communications company, but management fears employees do not perceive that to be the case. The first recommendation that I will give to AA to improve its organizational communication practices is to stress the importance of developing open communication in the organization and to encourage the employees to use both formal and information communication with full confidence. Managers and leaders in the organization should encourage employees to communicate with their seniors and subordinates in an effective manner and should provide ample opportunities to employees to express their opinions, concerns and grievances.
