There is a two way street in negotiations and it begins with communication. There are currently six rules that assist with effective communication and successful negotiations. The following rules will help assist with any negotiation, including the purchase of a car. Let's review.
1) Organize your thoughts
If you participate in a negotiation and your thoughts are not organized. For instance, you go to a car dealership to buy a car. You do not know what type of car you want and how much you want to pay. You have become open prey. You go in, the salesman sees you're not sure and he then tries to sell you the most expensive car in the showroom. Note: When walking in to make a purchase, you must know first and foremost what it is exactly that you want and what your budget is. This will make you an excellent negotiator.
2) Don't think about it - Think about it
