In this example of the travel agency, we can elaborate its supply chain efforts by showing its continuous connection with airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruise lines and event tickets. With these intact efforts, there is a accomplishment of the customer requirements; like their wish to take a trip to a particular location and meet their individual wants and needs for that trip. All these efforts of the travel agency are generally known as its "supply chain efforts" that it adopts to augment its business.
