Introduction: As I usually do when I respond to student questions, I will begin with some introductory comments. There are several different software companies offering software that provide a systematic way to create effective mind maps. Since it is not my responsibility to point you in the direction of any company, I will encourage you to go online and explore all the different options that are available in the marketplace. Mind mapping is a method for putting all your ideas on options to solve a problem on paper, or through a software platform (Pinola, 2013). I will begin the actual work with some definitions.
