STENGHTS
The product has the strong point that it is a new product, a Cadbury product and a product to be seen with. Further the taste of the product which includes popular snacking ingredients like raising, peanuts, crisp cereal and fudge pieces. This would appeal to the youth who want an amalgam of the ingredients rather than a single ingredient. The balance of the ingredients including the chocolate, food elements and texture make it a more impressive product. Its forte lies in its appeal to those persons who want a snack and those who want a chocolate. Fuse fulfills the needs of both the customers. In addition the pre launch survey has made it clear that only the most 'wanted' ingredients are included in the product.
WEAKNESSES
The weakness of Fuse lies in the fact that it will not appeal to any customer who does not like any one of the ingredients. For example, if a person likes peanuts, crisp cereal and fudge pieces, but does not like raisins then the person will not like Fuse. ...
