Given data from a protein assay with Coomassie blue dye solution taken and graphed at ABS @ 595 nm with BSA concentrations (ug/ml); 1000, 500, 250, 125, 62.5, 31.5....etc what might explain why the ABS vs BSA concentration data is linear at the lower BSA concentration and non-linear at higher [BSA]?
