The assignment asks for your personal reaction to the work. This you must state for yourself. Personally, I respect the amount of planning, organization and work that went into these monumental undertakings. Just getting permission to do them took years. I can respect that dedication. Also, the works are an interesting idea, and the originality and creativity of the idea must also be respected, even if one is unimpressed with the "artistic" results. Your response will reflect what went through your mind as you viewed the wrapped bridge.
