Analysis using One-Way ANOVA

1) What is the difference between the means of employees' length of experience within their organizations and their decisions of staying or leaving their current job?
2) What is the difference between the means of employees' length of experience with their managers and their decisions of staying or leaving their current job?
By using one-way ANOVA, analyze and determine whether there are any significant differences between the means of employees' length of experience (within the organizations and with the managers) in regards to their decisions of staying or leaving their current job. Use only Excel software to analyze this problem. Use graphics to support your answer. Note: The responses are less than 30. It is not big deal if the results are significant or not, the purpose of this questions is to show one-way ANOVA is the best test to analyze this kind of problem. So please include the assumptions of one-way ANOVA in your answer.

Solution-1:
State the null and alternate hypothesis:
Null Hypothesis: The means of employees' length of experience within the organizations in regards to their decisions of staying or leaving their current job are all same.
Alternate Hypothesis: At least one of the means of employees' length of experience within the organizations in regards to their decisions of staying or leaving their current job is different.
Analysis Plan:
We shall use Significance Level, to test the given hypothesis.
The given study involves five independent groups with respect to the decisions of employees in staying or leaving their current job, and a single treatment variable namely the employees' length of experience within the organizations. Hence we shall use Single-Factor ANOVA.

Calculation of F-Statistic:
The F-statistic has been calculated using Excel's Data Analysis.
ANOVA: Single ...
