The workplace is a social site - people converge and interact with it for a common goal - to produce products or provide services that is tasked to, or is the purpose of the organization. But while they take on the role of their position in the workplace, workers bring on elements of their personal culture and unique socialization as aspects of, and contributors to their unique personalities. This includes their beliefs - practical, cultural and spiritual.
