    Evidence based research studies on CBT, ACT and Mindfulness show that all three of these therapies are effective in treatment of mental illness and addiction disorders, in both females and males of different ages.

    CBT aims to address unhelpful, negative, and dysfunctional cognitive (thoughts, thinking, beliefs, attitudes), affective (moods, feelings) processes to lead behaviors and habits towards healthful changes and maintain them to avert on going relapses and prevent them from occurring in future.

    Acceptance and commitment therapy addresses hopelessness, acceptance of one's emotional experiences, choosing path for one's life and learning along the way.
