1. In a group interaction in any learning team, please identify strengths and weaknesses in working with learning team.

For students of organizational and management studies and business as well as in the real world, group interaction becomes a pivot for accomplishing quality work performance. It is also true especially in technical fields including engineering. One way, team strengths can be promoted and solidified include peer monitoring through out the work done together as a team. Teamwork allows for learning group interaction. It is a real-time training in working as a group, just by very nature of group work. Thus, it evolves and develops the interpersonal and communication skills of all team members.

One weakness is that sometimes, personality clashes might take place. It becomes hard in a work place context to contain such conflicts and they have to be dealt with, at both personal and the professional levels.
