Hi Xenia Rochelle Jones,
Please note, I'm working on the above case study & I included an example of my previous Solution on Ethics which will give you ideas to do the rest, Please see attached files and the Name of the Text Book used;
(Managing in the public sector: A casebook Sharp, B. S., Aguirre, G., & Kickham, K. (2011). in ethics and leadership. Boston, MA: Longman. ISBN:780136039754.).
You can use any article of your choice related to same topic on Ethics .
Part 1 ( 250 Words) Cite & Add References as recommended in APA Guide.
In your Managing in the Public Sector textbook, go to page 146 in the Appendix.
You will see a list of case studies that involve ethics.
From this list, choose one case study that will be the focus of this discussion.
Choose a case study from Human Service Administrator/Manager area of specialization or related field.
Identify the number of the case study you selected in the subject line of discussion.
Ethics Case Study 35 on the list.
First briefly explain why you selected the case study you identified.
Explain what you believe to be the ethical issue or issues involved in the situation.
Keep in mind that you may have to make your own conclusions based on the information available.

Using the information in your Managing in the Public Sector textbook (the Introduction you read for this unit) to guide your choices, identify the following:
• One ethical standard from the code of ethics you located that is based on teleological ethics (utilitarian theory).
• One standard that is based on deontological ethics (duty ethics).
Explain how your choices fit the ethical theories.
What are the basic differences between teleological and deontological ethics?
Please Note files 1 & 2 automatically added you don't need them, use the rest # 3 - 12.© BrainMass Inc. brainmass.com September 20, 2018, 1:35 am ad1c9bdddf - https://brainmass.com/psychology/health-psychology-theories-and-theorists/human-resources-ethics-case-code-review-583925
Hi and thank you for using Brainmass. In this particular task, you are being asked to put together very concise (250 words) reflection on a case and a code of ethics of an organization. I suggest making it simple and straightforward. Based on the materials you included, for part 1, Case 1 would fit better than Ethanol subsidy largely because it falls under the human services option, which is required of you, rather than Federal government. I suggest using this simple outline:
1. Reasons for the case - 50 words
2. The ethical issue - 100 words
3. Theory - 100 words
1. The Organization - 50 words
2. Teleological & Deontological Ethics manifestation in the code - 100 words
3. Explanation of fit & difference - 100 words
This outline should give you what you need. Just let me know via the feedback section if you need further clarification. In this solution I am assuming that you are familiar with all 3 and that you do not need a guide to further understand them. You can use the listed resources to further explore the topic. Just let me know via the feedback section if you need further clarification. All the best with your studies.

The solution provides information, assistance and advise in tackling the task (see above) on the topic of doing a case review (brief) as well as a code of ethics review. Resources are listed for further exploration of the topic.
