In this here task, you are being asked to provide a hypothetical progressive report on David. Since you did not indicate that you won?t need a behavioral strategy approach, I figured it is essential as that is the only way we can say that there was ?progress?. After all, progress has to be based on something and I think the hypothetical should be about his sessions and how he does in them. I have chosen a simple method that is connected to the behavioral approach for ADHD ? the Stop & Think Reward approach. I think this will do well for the subject because of his age. Client Issue Overview:

David is a 7-year old boy who has been diagnosed with ADHD or Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. ADHD is a neurobehavioral disorder that is marked by episodes of inattention and the extremes of hyperactivity and impulsiveness. The DSVM-IV-TR dictates that symptoms can be observed prior to the age of 7. This means therefore that David?s ADHD has been diagnosed before then and thus he requires assistance, attention and support in his learning environment. In David?s case, his teachers report that he is disruptive in his maths class 3 out of 5 days in the week. As such, to get the class in order for the benefit of other learners, David had to be removed ...
