Examples include trends, fashions, market conditions, changing consumer tastes, and competitors. As Bill Gates, I would start by analyzing any potential opportunities or threats that exist in the market. This will include any and all changes that are evident. For example, are consumers purchasing more Apple products compared to Microsoft products? If so, why?
