I've determined that the critical path for this network is A - E - F and the project
completion time is 22 weeks.

Listing all paths with the durations:

Path Expected weeks
A-D 17
A-E-F 22
B-F 20
C-F 14
C-G 18

Since A-E-F is the path with longest duration, it is the critical path.
To complete the project within 17 weeks, we need to crash the activity on critical path, so we should crash A, or E or F.
