I would use tools such as the utilization of research and finding that can used to improve patient care . The key principles for promoting the utilization of research finding for better patient care are highlight below. Firstly, the first step is to clarify terms used or communicate the results clearly and concisely to upper management. All research finding and utilization need proper communication of information generated by those who use it. The proper and good communication can influence decision making. The research findings must be translated to non researchers of the upper management to understand. The researchers must bring together a wide range of evidence from several research studies to strengthen the research ideas for improvement of patient cares. Research findings and ideas must be translated to produce programmatically useful information. In order for the utilization of findings to be efficient, one must "communicate the results through multiple channels to reach the same audience many times and many audiences at least once." The idea is that if you hear the same message a thousand times, then it increases the probability that the sources will be utilized.
