The six steps in the cycle of vulnerability present leaders with different levels of challenge. I have attached the six steps of vulnerability. Consider two recent projects that were implemented in the organization. (The organization is an Aids clinic). Describe one successful and one unsuccessful project. Using the cycle of vulnerability, determine for each project the stage at which the implementation processes were most successful and the stage at which interventions would have been especially helpful.
