I truly believe that using a systematic approach to changing practice based on evidence when possible is required to improve patient safety and also I feel that multidisciplinary teams can make a difference in restructuring nursing units for better outcomes and less stress on nurses so that we can utilize our critical thinking and care for our patients with pride instead of the overwhelming attitude that presents on a daily basis.
