Domineering-a team member that takes control of team meetings. Spectators may confuse this type of team member with the team leader. This type of member can be over bearing and uncompromising.

Passive Aggressive- "having a personality disorder characterized by habitual passive resistance emanating from performance in occupational or social situations, as by procrastination, stubbornness, sullenness, and inefficiency." (Meyer, 2010)

Agreeable-a team member that does not offer creative concepts, but agrees with every concept that is brought up during the team collaboration process.

Spectators/Free-Riders-Team members that are uncertain of team concepts and fail to offer input except when the team collaboration process is completed.
