While Studiopress (https://youthmuse.com/online-schools-vs-brick-and-mortar/) notes a compelling reason for traditional schools to endure, there are many modern phenoma that offer powerful reasons for physical school institutions to diminish. Many communities are growing and others are dwindling. The cost of keeping a school going could contribute to the demise of schools, the way we now know them. Also, there was the time when students would go out and play much of the day, with little issue and now we can read often about children who are taken and lost in human Traficking, abused or neglected. Also, the prevalence of strangers or even familiar people who have the ability to call social services or law enforcement to file a report with no consequence, which ultimately could destroy a family, due to no valid cause for a call.
There is a genuine need for children and families to have an economical place to visit for enrichment but not be restricted to an eight to three or 9:00 to 4:00 time. It is no longer a time when the family works on the farm and needs summers off to manage the crops. Society is rich with other types of work such as hotel, airline, hospital, law enforcement and 24-hour retail stores like Walmart.
