Hi, I hope that this helps. I used Erikson as a base for the essay. I tried to write off the four prompts but had to use some creative leeway to make it fit.

Growing up in a small town, I learned my core morals and values from my father. My father was a hardworking man that did anything to put bread on the table or to make his family comfortable both emotionally and financially. When I was about four or five years old (Erickson's third stage of psychosocial development) my father gave me guidance with the very basics of life. At this stage of development, the family was my only source of nourishment. The nourishment was not only physical in the aspect of food and shelter, but it was emotional as well. At this point in my life, I recognized rules and structure and knew that I had to ask permission or gain the acceptance from my parents for my actions and my words (Erickson, 1993)
