The increase in the diversity which exists among students in the United States contrast with the current changes in the teacher's diversity. The colleges and universities available in America consist of diverse students such as women, African American, Latinos, Chicanos, immigrants, and American-born students among others. There are cases of biases and incidences of feeling unwelcome by the diverse students available in the colleges.
