Disruptive Strategy

The industry for this project is education. Education has evolved over the past 25 years; no longer are students required to sit in classrooms to be educated; instead, they can be taught the same courses online, library, and in the privacy of their homes (Salaam Baalak Trust Delhi, 2019). This innovative strategy has caused traditional education to be outdated as technology such as the internet revolutionized it. Technology has added value to both teachers and students. Teachers can create instructional materials such as whiteboards, live course chatrooms, streaming video platforms, web conferencing tools, and PowerPoint presentations. Moreover, students can use technology such as Google and Wikipedia as tools to research projects.

Over the years, modernist educators created a disruptive innovation that disrupts the traditional way of teaching and learning. Thus, the invention of online education. They took advance of new technology to develop online education. However, some steps are required to get the job-to-be-done, such as understanding the levels of education: elementary, intermediate, college, and university. Only with this understanding will teachers hire the correct component for the Job. As a result, teachers and students will be satisfied with the hired online education programs. Here, the core strategy of the Job is basic education - teachers educating students.
