4. The key to effective problem solving is learning how to ask questions. You must know what questions to ask and in what sequence to ask them. In that regard, there are two approaches to questioning for problem solving using information systems. Discuss the two approaches.

5. Discuss the manner in which people frequently misuse the terms computer and information system.

6. Discuss the comparison of the functioning of a computer based information system to the functioning of the human brain. In other words, what are the similarities and differences in the functioning of both?
