The country has low cost labor but is also subject to terrorism. Labor laws and health issues are vast, as half of the population is under 15 and the country has a significant AIDS problem. Mother Nature is not kind to this area and the area is subject to volcanic eruptions, typhoons and flooding; which are all significant issues and create a problem for operating a business in this region.

Previous research discusses that the biggest obstacle that comes in front of the business organization understands the market of the country. Understanding the market indicates that understanding the taste, culture, language and tradition of the country. After this, the biggest obstacle is to understand the laws and regulation of the country. It is very important to thoroughly understand the law and regulation of the country for a smooth operation. As far as the environmental obstacle is concerned there are various international and domestic environmental laws available within a country. And it's very important for an organization to understand these laws and operate by keeping these environmental laws and measures in mind. Social and environmental factors are ethical issues for an organization and hence the organization must fulfill these social and environmental measures of the country to perform ethically.

Fully understanding these obstacles and the ramifications of doing business in Kava will allow us to properly forecast, structure and implement a plan that will be successful for the company and the stakeholders involved.
